Strengthening Native Communities Through Research, Workforce Development, Housing, and Cultural Connection

The Native Development Network (NDN) is a Native-led nonprofit working to strengthen American Indian and Alaska Native communities.

Through community research, workforce development, housing support, and cultural programs, NDN works alongside Native families to build pathways toward health, stability, and economic opportunity.

Our work focuses on listening to the community, building trusted partnerships, and developing solutions that support Native people today and for future generations.

Why Our Work Matters

Many Native families still face barriers to housing, healthcare, education, and stable employment.

These challenges can affect long-term health, economic opportunity, and quality of life for Native individuals and families.

NDN works with community members, Tribal partners, local governments, and community organizations to identify these challenges and develop solutions that improve access to services and opportunity.
