The Native Development Network (NDN) is a Native-led nonprofit working to strengthen American Indian and Alaska Native communities.
Through community research, workforce development, housing support, and cultural programs, NDN works alongside Native families to build pathways toward health, stability, and economic opportunity.
Our work focuses on listening to the community, building trusted partnerships, and developing solutions that support Native people today and for future generations.
Many Native families still face barriers to housing, healthcare, education, and stable employment.
These challenges can affect long-term health, economic opportunity, and quality of life for Native individuals and families.
NDN works with community members, Tribal partners, local governments, and community organizations to identify these challenges and develop solutions that improve access to services and opportunity.

NDN works with community partners to connect Native individuals with education, job training, and career pathways that lead to long-term economic opportunity. Through partnerships with colleges, workforce programs, and employers, NDN helps prepare Native workers for careers in growing sectors.

NDN has established a unique training program that is focused on preparing Tribes/ Native Nations. tribal organizations, and CBOs so that they submit strong proposals and secure the funds needed to achieve the change they want to see in their communities. Visit

NDN provides culturally responsive elder and human services that support wellness, dignity, and community connection. NDN helps Elders access nutrition, health education, social engagement, and supportive services that promote healthy aging and strengthen Native families and communities.

NDN works in partnership with Tribal Nations, universities, healthcare providers, and community organizations to deliver culturally responsive programs and services. NDN welcomes new partnerships with foundations, institutions, and Tribal leaders committed to strengthening Native communities and advancing culturally grounded solution
