The Native Development Network (NDN) is a Native-led nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing American Indian support and strengthening American Indian and Alaska Native communities. Through community development initiatives, partnerships, and culturally grounded programs, NDN collaborates with Native families to improve health, housing stability, education opportunities, and economic mobility. Guided by Native leadership and community voices, NDN is focused on building long-term solutions that support Native communities today and for future generations.

At NDN, our organization is led by a 100% American Indian Board of Directors, including 2 members who are U.S. Veterans. Each member is dedicated to American Indian support, serving others, giving back to the community, and fostering community development through culturally grounded programs, ensuring that no one is left behind.

Our team is led by an experienced Executive who has built partnerships across many different sectors, focusing on American Indian support and community development. Mr. Joseph Quintana (Kewa) has dedicated his efforts to empower others while ensuring that the voices of Native peoples are heard through culturally grounded programs.

We offer a range of American Indian support services to enhance community development, including counseling, advocacy, and education. Our goal is to empower individuals and families through culturally grounded programs, enabling them to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
Native communities often face significant challenges in major systems such as healthcare, housing, workforce programs, and education, which leads to the need for American Indian support. Many Native families struggle with housing instability, limited access to culturally grounded programs, and barriers to economic opportunity. NDN collaborates with community members and partners to identify these issues and develop solutions that promote community development and strengthen Native communities.
NDN is guided by Native leadership and community voices. Our board, staff, and advisors bring deep experience working alongside Tribal nations, Native organizations, and community members.
This leadership ensures that our work reflects Native values, cultural knowledge, and the lived experiences of the communities we serve.
NDN welcomes collaboration with Tribal Nations, foundations, public agencies, educational institutions, and community partners who share our commitment to strengthening Native communities through American Indian support. Together, we can enhance community development, expand opportunity, improve health outcomes, and ensure that culturally grounded programs allow Native voices to continue shaping the future.
