About NDN

Building a Brighter Future for American Indians

The Native Development Network (NDN) is a Native-led nonprofit organization working to strengthen American Indian and Alaska Native communities.

Through community research, partnerships, workforce development initiatives, and culturally grounded programs, NDN works alongside Native families to improve health, housing stability, education opportunities, and economic mobility.

Guided by Native leadership and community voices, NDN focuses on building long-term solutions that support Native communities today and for future generations.

Our Board of Directors

Our Community

We offer a range of services to support the community, including counseling, advocacy, and education. Our goal is to empower individuals and families to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

Why NDN Exists

Why Our Work Matters

Native communities are often underserved in major systems such as healthcare, housing, workforce programs, and education.

Many Native families continue to face challenges, including housing instability, limited access to culturally responsive services, and barriers to economic opportunity.

NDN works with community members and partners to identify these challenges and develop solutions that strengthen Native communities.

Native-Led Leadership

NDN is guided by Native leadership and community voices. Our board, staff, and advisors bring deep experience working alongside Tribal nations, Native organizations, and community members.

This leadership ensures that our work reflects Native values, cultural knowledge, and the lived experiences of the communities we serve.

Join Us in Strengthening Native Communities

NDN welcomes collaboration with Tribal Nations, foundations, public agencies, educational institutions, and community partners who share our commitment to strengthening Native communities.

Together, we can expand opportunity, improve health outcomes, and ensure that Native voices continue to shape the future.
